ASAP provider Neighborhood Houses attended the Halloween Bash at St. Louis University October 29. Neighborhood Houses students played Halloween-themed games, collected their favorite candy and took part in many activities.

ASAP funds several Neighborhood Houses after school programs throughout St. Louis.
